A public information request should identify the records requested with sufficient detail to allow the District to locate the requested information. Requests should be for existing records or information and do not require the District to prepare new information, perform legal research, or answer questions.
Conflict of Interest Disclosures
Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code requires certain local government officers and vendors to file conflict disclosure statements or conflict of interest questionnaires when circumstances specified by law apply.
There are currently no conflict disclosure statements or conflict of interest questionnaires on file with Harris County Improvement District No. 3.
Any disclosure statements or questionnaires filed with the District pursuant to Chapter 176 will be made available on this page as required by law.
